Who We Are

Culinary Qualifications Canada (CQC) is a Canadian-registered private qualifications body — an independent culinary qualification authority incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

What We Do

CQC does not operate its own kitchens or classrooms. It works through a network of affiliated culinary institutes: CQC sets the competency standard, the institute trains and examines its own students against that standard, and CQC issues the credential to those who meet it.
